The George Washington University’s Online Graduate Certificate Program in Museum Collections Management and Care is accepting applications.

The graduate certificate is earned completely online. There is never a time that you are required to login for a class so you work when you want. Students come from variety of museums from all over the US and across the world.

4 Classes, taken one at a time:

      Preventive Conservation Concepts (fall
      Preventive Conservation Techniques (spring)
      Museum Collections Management (summer)
Museum Collections: Legal and Ethical Issues (fall)

The classes are taught by faculty with extensive experience at the Smithsonian Institution, the National Park Service, and the U.S. Department of State. There are also guest lectures from leaders in the field on topics such as fire protection, integrated pest management, and digitization.

We are accepting applications for the incoming fall class until August 1, 2018!
