Welcome to Connecting to Collections Care › Forums › Group Forums › C2C Community Archives – 2012 through 2014 › Request for information on preservation fund-raising
This was posted on the Field Service listserv:
In preparation for an upcoming education program on fundraising for conservation and collections care, I am looking for case studies of innovative ways to raise funds. Examples that come to mind are the “Adopt-a-Carousel” or “Adopt-a-Dot” types of campaigns and the “visible conservation” that the National Trust does in the U.K. I’m sure there are many other great ideas out there to emulate. Feel free to toot your own horn, or steer me to other institutions. A one or two sentence description is all I need right now — I’ll follow up if more information is neeeded. Many thanks, –Eric
