I bought museum archive software application.

Is there anyone in here they use it?

I would like to learn how to delete the examples that are in the program because I do not need the points as audio, etc. .. everything that is typed into the program I want away so I can make my own headlines, can I?

There is something about Beatels, all this I want away.

Hi, I am also using that software.  You can access the entire manual online, just google it.

If  you are speaking about “Inside the Museum Archive Software Project” by Jim Halpin, I purchased the book thinking that I would receive the ability to add or delete categories, but that wasn’t the case.  I also communicated with the author via e-mail, but he doesn’t plan any changes that would meet my needs, so I just wasted my money.   His suggestions are not feasible to me, perhaps because he is an accountant, and really doesn’t understand what I am telling him from an archival collections point of view.  I have a medical collection, and none of his categories meet my needs.  I refuse to place my entire collection under “other” or “historical.”   I created an Access database when I was in library school as a class project, so I am just going to use that with the updated version of Access.
