This is a great grant program that funds conservation treatment of all types of objects for museums, historical societies, libraries, and other cultural institutions in the state of New York. I have been privileged to work on several conservation projects that were funded by GHHN, including one of last year’s recipients. I strongly encourage eligible institutions to apply for this funding and would be happy to provide assistance in obtaining conservation treatment estimates for works on paper, including art as well as historic documents and maps.
