Connecting to Collections State Projects (IDEALS)

Connecting to Collections was an Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS) initiative (launched in 2007) to aid libraries and museums in their efforts to provide the best possible care for the collections. The initiative is grounded in the results of the Heritage Health Index, the first, comprehensive survey of the condition and preservation needs of collections held in U.S. institutions. This website is a compilation and archive of all of the Connecting to Collections State Projects.
