Middlesex Co. Museum has had a country store on loan for about 30 years and it has recently been gifted to us. We are a small museum, The entry way, office area, genealogical research are on a part that is carpeted. The balance of the flooring is fake wood that has shrunk about an eighth of an inch at each end. I do not know if this flooring is underneath the carpet.
